Outline itinerary
Saturday 21st – Travel up to Northumberland by minibus with support vehicle following to arrive at campsite 1 – Well House Farm, Corbridge.
Sunday 22nd – Early morning visit to Segedunum. Walk from Wallsend – Heddon-on-the-Hill 15miles Return to campsite
Monday 23rd – Heddon-on-the-Hill – Chollerford 15.9miles Return to campsite
Tuesday 24th – Chollerford – Steel Rigg 12.9 miles. Visit Housesteads before going to campsite 2 – Hadrian’s wall Camping and Caravan Site, Melkridge, Nr Haltwhistle.
Wednesday 25th – Early morning visit to Vindolanda. Steel Rigg – Banks 12.8 miles. Return to campsite 2
Thursday 26th – Banks – Eden Bridge 14.6 miles Go to campsite 3 – Highfields Farm, Burgh-by-Sands, Cumbria
Friday 27th – Eden Bridge – Bowness-on-Solway 14.4 miles. Return to campsite 3
Saturday 28th – Pack up camp and drive home
